1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The “Bracket for A Cause” Charity Challenge (the “Promotion”) is a charitable promotional contest in which eligible nonprofit organizations are randomly assigned positions in a 64-team tournament bracket corresponding to the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament. Prize awards are determined based on official NCAA tournament game outcomes.

Sponsor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA.

2. SPONSOR

The Promotion is sponsored and administered by The Ancira-Winton Chevrolet, Inc., Ancira Volkswagen, Ancira Kia, Ancira Motor Company, Ancira Nissan, Inc., Ancira Ford, Ancira Buick GM, Ancira Motor Homes, and South Park Nissan, collectively Ancira Auto Group. (“Sponsor”), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.

SA Sports Star 94.1FM is a promotional partner only and is not responsible for administration, prize fulfillment, or rule enforcement.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 10, 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to nonprofit organizations that:

  • Are recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code at the time of entry;
  • Are located in or primarily serve the San Antonio, Boerne, or Floresville, Texas areas as determined by their organizational documents;
  • Submit a complete entry during the Entry Period;
  • Provide proof of valid 501(c)(3) status and organizational documents upon request.

Limit one (1) entry per nonprofit organization.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any organization that does not meet these requirements.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible nonprofits must submit an email to:

Subject Line: “Bracket for A Cause”

The email must include:

  • Nonprofit organization name
  • Name of authorized representative
  • Telephone number
  • Physical mailing address

Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. SELECTION PROCESS

After the Entry Period concludes:

  1. Sixty-four (64) eligible nonprofit organizations will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Sponsor.
  2. The selected nonprofits will then be randomly assigned positions within a 64-team bracket.
  3. The bracket will be finalized prior to NCAA Selection Sunday (March 15, 2026).
  4. Once official NCAA tournament teams are announced, each nonprofit will represent the NCAA team corresponding to its assigned bracket position.

All drawings and bracket assignments are final and conducted at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. TOURNAMENT DATES

The NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament is scheduled to begin March 19, 2026, and conclude April 6, 2026.

Final results for purposes of this Promotion will be determined solely by official NCAA game results.

8. PRIZES

Grand Prize — $50,000
The nonprofit represented by the team that wins the NCAA National Championship game will receive Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).

Consolation Prize — $10,000
The nonprofit represented by the team that incurs the single largest margin of defeat (point differential in one game) during the NCAA tournament will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

If multiple teams tie for the largest single-game margin of defeat, the $10,000 consolation prize will be divided equally among the tied nonprofits.

Total maximum prize pool: $60,000.

All prizes will be awarded in the form of a check payable directly to the nonprofit organization. No substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives are permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. TIEBREAKERS & OFFICIAL DETERMINATIONS

All determinations of game outcomes, margins of victory or defeat, and championship results will be based exclusively on official NCAA statistics.

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding the Promotion, including eligibility determinations and prize awards, are final and binding.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering the Promotion, participating nonprofits grant Sponsor the right to use the nonprofit’s name, logo, representative’s name, and related materials for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries
  • Technical failures or electronic transmission errors
  • Any errors in tournament reporting or statistical data

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ancira Auto Group, SA Sports Star 94.1FM, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
