Ancira Gives Back

Rooted in the communities we serve

At Ancira Auto Group, community isn’t a side project — it’s part of who we’ve been since 1972. Across San Antonio, Boerne, Floresville, Eagle Pass, Laredo, Cuero, and the rest of South Texas, our dealerships live and work in the same neighborhoods as our customers. Through the Ancira Gives Back program, we’ve donated more than $1 million to local schools, youth programs, first responders, veterans, and charitable organizations.

Named Cuero’s 2026 Business of the Year

At the annual Chamber banquet, the Cuero Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture & Visitor’s Bureau honored Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC with its Business of the Year award for 2026.

The recognition reflects our team’s ongoing investment in Cuero and DeWitt County — from youth sports and local schools to charitable drives throughout the year. We’re proud to call Cuero home and grateful to be recognized by the neighbors and businesses we work alongside every day.

Military Appreciation

$69,940 raised for Wish for Our Heroes

During Military Appreciation Month, every customer who scheduled an alignment, purchased a vehicle, or supported our campaign helped Ancira raise $69,940 for Wish for Our Heroes as part of our 2026 Memorial Day contribution.

The organization grants everyday wishes that make a real difference for active-duty service members and their families. Honoring those who serve has always mattered to us, and this campaign turned routine automotive visits into meaningful support for our military community.

Swing for St. Michael’s

Underwriter sponsor of the annual golf tournament

Ancira Partners served as the underwriter sponsor for the 22nd Annual Swing for St. Michael’s golf tournament, a fundraiser supporting St. Michael’s Catholic Church and School in Cuero.

Tournaments like this bring the community together for a great cause, and our team was glad to be out on the course helping raise funds for local families, students, and parish programs.

Chevy Youth Sports

$1,000 for Cuero Area Youth Soccer

Through the Chevy Youth Sports program, Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC donated $1,000 to the Cuero Area Youth Soccer Association.

The contribution helps cover equipment, field costs, and registration support — so more local kids can get on the field, stay active, and be part of a team.

FFA & 4-H

Backing FFA, 4-H, and the next generation

Ancira is a proud supporter of local FFA and 4-H chapters, contributing primarily to the county Stock Show each year. We also take part in Ford’s scholarship match program, putting even more resources behind students in our community.

Kidd’s Kids Car Contest

$127,000 raised to send families to Disney World

This year’s Kidd’s Kids Car Contest raised a total of $127,000 through customer and community donations, helping send children with life-altering and life-threatening conditions — along with their families — on an unforgettable trip to Walt Disney World.

Winner Corey Sharkey drove away in a brand-new 2027 Kia Telluride. Every entry helped make the trip possible for these deserving families.

Texas YES Project

Drive Away for Education Drawing

Ancira Auto Group teamed up with Thomas J. Henry to present the Drive Away for Education Drawing, benefiting the Texas YES Project. One grand-prize winner chose a brand-new vehicle from six makes and models.

For every $25 raffle ticket purchased, three students received free school supplies — putting supplies and support in the hands of thousands of students across Texas each year.
